3. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments are booked through the scheduling links on this website. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be charged in full. Cancellations are accepted by phone, text, email, or through the client portal.
Telehealth appointments are available to patients physically located in Florida at the time of the appointment.
4. Products and Herbs
Herbal formulas and wellness products sold on this website are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
