Your body has been carrying things longer than you have words for.
A living landscape, holding seasons and memories, contractions and longings, wisdom and grief. All of it quietly asking to be tended rather than managed.
Tending to the Inner Garden is a nine-day guided audio journey through the dimensions of your inner life. A few minutes each day, in intentional and compassionate presence with a different aspect of yourself. Arriving when you are ready. Returning as often as you need.
Nine days. Nine reflections. A gentle, steady coming home.
For those who are ready to tend
something living inside them.
- You have done therapy, courses, or healing work and sense there is still something deeper asking for your attention
- You absorb the emotions of others and are learning to locate yourself again
- You are drawn to a practice that is gentle, daily, and fits into your real life
- You are exploring embodiment, mindfulness, self-compassion, or contemplative practice
- You have moments of insight in sessions and are ready for that insight to settle into the body
- You sense there is something in you that has not yet been fully heard
- You are ready for something that feels like companionship rather than curriculum
A practice, held
with great care.
There is a difference between understanding something and allowing it to settle into the body. This journey was designed to offer presence rather than more information. Space rather than structure. Companionship rather than instruction.
Each of the nine audio practices guides you into compassionate contact with a different dimension of your inner landscape. The soil beneath you. The waters moving through you. The fire of your own agency. The voice of your own truth.
You arrive as you are. The practice meets you there.
"The body is not a machine to fix. The body is a living garden to tend."
Nine days.
Nine dimensions of your inner life.
What is present in my inner landscape today?
What helps me feel supported?
What is ready to move?
Where is my energy asking to go?
What longs to be met with greater compassion?
What truth is asking to be spoken?
What am I beginning to see more clearly?
What larger wisdom is available to me?
What am I taking with me from this journey?
Each practice runs approximately 8 to 15 minutes. Begin in order, or return to any day as often as you need.
Everything gathered
with intention.
One for each dimension of the inner garden. Approximately 8 to 15 minutes each. Designed for daily listening and for revisiting any day whenever you feel called to return.
A reflection question anchors each day's practice. Gentle enough to sit with. Deep enough to stay with you long after the audio ends.
A beautifully simple journal designed to hold your reflections, observations, and any images or words that arise during the nine days.
Return to the garden whenever life calls you back. A season of grief. A moment of transition. A morning when you are ready to come home to yourself.

Valencie Exceus
I am an Acupuncture Physician, healer, speaker, and writer. My work lives at the intersection of the body, the spirit, and the stories we carry, often without knowing it.
For years I have held space for people in clinical rooms, healing circles, and sacred conversations. What I have witnessed, again and again, is that the body knows. It has been knowing. It has simply been waiting for us to stop long enough to listen.
Tending to the Inner Garden grew out of the healing circle I have led for years, a weekly space for exactly this kind of return. This audio journey is my way of making that space portable, accessible, and yours.
I offer you company on the way back to yourself.

A few things
people ask
Beginning in sequence is a beautiful way to move through the journey, as the days build on each other gently. And if you feel called to return to Day 3 before moving to Day 4, trust that. There is no wrong way to tend a garden.
Each practice runs approximately 8 to 15 minutes. Long enough to arrive. Short enough to fit into a real morning.
This journey invites you to go deeper into what you already carry rather than beginning again. People who have been in therapy for years and seasoned practitioners have found this work quietly revelatory, precisely because it supports what you already know to settle more fully into the body.
You begin again the next day. Or the day after that. The garden holds no record of absence. You have lifetime access and can return whenever you are ready.
Tending to the Inner Garden is a contemplative audio experience. It is a companion to healing, and a beautiful complement to work with a therapist or care provider. For clinical support, please reach out to a licensed professional.
An email arrives immediately after purchase with a link to all nine audio practices and your downloadable journal. Everything is yours to keep.
Yes. This is the whole point. Day 2, The Soil, may be exactly what you need in the middle of a difficult season. Day 9, The Harvest, may become a ritual you return to each year. The garden is always there. So is the invitation to tend it.
The garden has been
waiting for you.
Come as you are. Come when you are ready. The nine days will hold whatever you bring.
